Seller’s Closing Day

Congratulations, the sale is complete. On the day of closing, it is standard agreement to have vacated the property by 6pm. It is recommended that you plan to have leave the property clean, vacuumed, garbage free by noon that day. As a courtesy to the buyer’s you are advised to leave special instructions for miscellaneous keys and garage door openers and any of instructions that may be beneficial to the buyers operation of their new home. Your lawyer should have a cheque ready for pickup by the end of business day.
